Aaron Duncan serves as Chief Operating Officer at Trustpoint.One, bringing more than 25 years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, and cyber services. In this role, Aaron oversees the company’s operational strategy across all service lines, including Cyber Services, eDiscovery, Information Governance, and AI-driven solutions. He is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client outcomes across the organization.

During his tenure at Trustpoint.One, Aaron has played a key role in transforming the company’s discovery operations model. He led the design and implementation of a streamlined, team-based “short assembly line” approach that improves accuracy, reduces handoffs, and accelerates turnaround times for client deliverables. His leadership continues to advance Trustpoint.One’s commitment to innovation, efficiency, and quality in every engagement.

Before joining Trustpoint.One, Aaron held senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Delivery at Special Counsel and founding member and Chief Operating Officer of Everest Technologies. He also oversaw the world’s largest RelativityOne environment and helped his organization become the first Gold RelativityOne Partner.
