Trustpoint One is pleased to work with a full-service plaintiff’s litigation firm handling asbestos-related, government takings, personal injury and products liability cases. The firm is searching for an experienced paralegal to assist with mass tort cases on-site at the firm’s office in Edwardsville, Illinois. Job Duties include:
- Assist in preparing pleadings, motions and discovery.
- Make phone calls, including follow-up calls with clients, doctors and dentist offices
- Order medical documents
- Review questionnaires with clients
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ paralegal experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Must have litigation experience. Mass tort and pharmaceutical litigation experience is preferred.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
