Chuck Senkier brings more than two decades of financial leadership and strategic planning experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Trustpoint.One, where he is charged with guiding financial operations, ensuring strategic alignment and driving sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Trustpoint.One, Chuck served as Senior Vice President Finance at The Adecco Group where he lead the global finance team of the LHH Career Transition, Career Mobility and Leadership Development division as the business scaled to record setting revenue and profitability levels. Prior to that, he held senior finance leadership positions at Adecco Group North America, including Vice President Finance & Controller of the US Professional Staffing division and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for North America.  Through these roles Chuck oversaw teams of 150+ across over a dozen countries, provided financial insight to businesses up to 5B in revenue and was heavily involved in strategic transformation and M&A.

Chuck’s extensive background in staffing and workforce solutions companies has given him a deep understanding of dynamic business models, operational scalability and the critical importance of aligning finance with enterprise growth objectives. He has a track record of translating financial insight into actionable strategies, optimizing cost structures and supporting transformational initiatives.
