Accommodations
Each attendee will be assigned a home with other attendees (homes are not co-ed), and each attendee will have a bedroom. You will receive and email with your assigned home before you arrive.
A Trustpoint representative will pick you up at the airport and take you to your respective home. There also be an SUV at each house for transportation throughout the retreat, a dedicated Trustpoint team member will be your driver.
All Food & Beverage will be provided each day of the event. If you decide to venture off and do your own thing outside of the group activities you will be responsible for those costs.
There will be a Trustpoint or Pondurance director assigned to each house.

Pick Up Block Times: Arrive by 5 PM on July 27th
When you share your itinerary with us, a Trustpoint representative will meet you at the baggage claim area. Look for someone holding a clearly marked Cyber Summit sign. From there, we’ll take care of your transportation, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride to your house. We may be waiting for another flight to arrive so please be patient with us
Departure Day:
On the day of your departure, a Trustpoint representative will pick you up directly from your house. To allow enough time for the journey to the airport and your flight check-in, we’ll plan to leave approximately 3 hours before your flight time. This ensures a stress-free departure, taking into account the travel time to Airport.
