Trustpoint.One / Kelly Legal Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with one of our top corporate clients in Wilmington! Ideal candidates will have experience organizing documents, calendaring, making travel arrangements, compiling and completing expense reports, and creating PowerPoint presentations. Familiarity with assisting with legal matters desired.

 

Qualifications

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
  • Must work independently and show initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and protect confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Proactive in anticipating business needs and determining effective resolution of results
  • Strong attention to detail, reading comprehension, and analysis and judgment skills
