Trustpoint.One is seeking an Associate Development Manager who is eager to work with an internationally respected firm with offices in Silicon Valley! This direct hire position will offer the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to grow with this AmLaw 200 law firm. The Associate Development Manager candidate will (preferably) have prior experience as a practicing attorney, as well as experience with the mentoring of new attorneys , and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that include:
- Support related to the associate evaluation process
- Significant focus on professional development of new associates (1st/2nd year)
- Assist with diversity and inclusion initiatives, geared towards associates
- Establishment of relationships and credibility with internal shareholders
The successful candidate for this role will understand the importance of mentoring and professional development related to new associates. It is preferred that this candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney (this is not required)- with some experience related to professional development, and/or practice support.
