Associate General Counsel

Trustpoint.one is pleased to be supporting a leading energy company, with offices in Chicago, in their search for an Associate Counsel to join their busy and growing legal team.  The Associate Counsel will be tasked with a broad array of duties such as:

• Handling M&A transactions
• Manage closings for all corporate transactions
• Draft, review and negotiate land use documents and leases
• Other generalist duties as needed

The qualified Associate Counsel will have 3-5 years of solid experience handling M&A transactions and closings.  Experience with financing and equity deals is key for this role.  The ideal candidate will have a background handling transactions within the renewable energy arena; oil and gas experience will also be considered.  All candidates must be in or willing to relocate to Chicago.  All qualified Attorneys must be admitted, in good standing, to at least one US State Bar.
