Attorney – Commercial Litigation

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a busy and thriving mid-sized law firm, with offices in New York City, in their search for 2 Commercial Litigation Attorneys to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.  The Commercial Litigation Attorneys will have the opportunity to become integral members of the team handling all facets of trial preparation, drafting and arguing motions, handling arbitrations, client interaction and more.

The qualified Commercial Litigation Attorneys will have at least 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, ideally from another litigation-focused law firm.  Strong writing skills are necessary for this role.  Federal and State court and AAA arbitration experience is highly preferred. Any exposure to handling regulatory matters before public utility companies is a plus, as is trial experience.  Membership, in good standing, to the New York Bar is a must.  Additional membership to the New Jersey Bar is a plus.
