Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Legal Education professional, who is eager to work with an internationally respected firm with offices in New York City! This direct hire position will offer the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to grow with an AmLaw 200 law firm. The Legal Education/Legal Training Manager should have prior experience with law firm training related to first years, laterals, and senior associates, and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that include:
- Creation and implementation of training-related content
- Assist the Director of Legal Education with projects throughout the firm
- Support firm-wide legal training initiatives
- Provide creative solutions related to substantive legal training programs
The successful candidate for this role will possess specific and direct experience with legal training and education, including CLE-related trainings. At least 4 years' of attorney training and professional development is preferred for this role, with at least 2+ years of that experience in a supervisory role. Additionally, a JD degree and prior experience with the design and implementation of legal education programs is strongly preferred.
