Attorney – M&A, Capital Markets

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a leading AmLaw 100 law firm in their search for Corporate Attorneys for a long-term (at least 6 months, maybe longer) project slated to begin immediately!

The qualified Corporate Attorney will have at least 3+ years of experience working on matters that include private equity, M&A and capital markets, ideally from a large law firm.  This is a great opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, providing support for high-profile clients.  Admission to the New York Bar is required.
