Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator – San Francisco

Truspoint.One is excited to partner with a leading international and AmLaw100 law firm that provides innovative legal solutions to many of the Fortune Global 500 in their search of a Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator at their San Francisco, CA office in the Financial District. This role will lead management initiatives including recruiting, development and career management programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the local Talent Development and Talent Acquisition Chairs and committees; develop and maintain law school, and professional association relationships
- Execute onboarding and integration plans of all new hires; manage notifications to Talent Management Solutions and local administrative managers regarding new hires' arrival, preparation of orientation schedules
- Strategize and implement acquisition programs, initiatives and activities;
- Lead associate on campus interviewing
- Plan and execute a successful summer associate program
- Plan, design and implement local learning and development programs, initiatives and activities
- Promote a culture of coaching; support diversity initiatives and affinity groups as needed
- Database management and systems analysis
- Work beyond scheduled hours and travel as required for programs and activities
- Additional related projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required). Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of related experience (Law Firm of Financial Services recruiting)
- Advanced written and oral communication skills; able to communication effectively at all levels
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate
- Fundamental proficiency in project and time management skills;
- Advanced in Microsoft Office

Compensation for this role is 90,000 - 105,000 depending on experience.
