Attorney – Trademark

Trustpoint.one is pleased to be supporting a leading AmLaw 100 law firm in their search for a Trademark Attorney. This long-term, open-ended contract position offers the qualified Trademark Attorney an opportunity to work with high-profile clients and alongside industry leaders.

The Trademark Attorney will participate in all facets of US and foreign trademark prosecution process, including clearance and prosecution.  Experience with TTAB opposition proceedings and Madrid Protocol are important for this role.

The qualified Trademark Attorney will have at least 4+ years of prosecution experience, ideally from a large law firm, solid academics and be a member, in good standing, of the Washington, DC Bar.  Top-notch communication, writing and interpersonal skills are key.
