Great opportunity for an experienced Aviation Financing & Leasing Attorney to join a leading mid-sized law firm on a remote indefinite temporary basis. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in aviation transactions, as well as buyer/seller expertise. General corporate law experience is not required, but a plus.
The ideal candidate should have experience with aircraft (engine) financing and leasing transactions, to include expertise in title issues, records, and recordation (FAA, IIRA, and UCC). Familiarity with FAA and tax issues specific to engine financing would also be useful. Qualified candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing/drafting skills.
