Bankruptcy Attorney

Trustpoint One is pleased to partner with a global firm in its search for an attorney to join the bankruptcy practice of the firm’s New York City office.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience representing creditors, shareholders, sponsors, purchasers, financing sources, and distressed companies in all facets of the restructuring and reorganization process including out-of-court workouts.  This is a great opportunity to advise boards of directors and senior management of financially troubled companies on a range of issues.

Attorneys with the following qualifications are encouraged to submit a resume in Word format:

-             Knowledge of financing structures for troubled businesses and acquisitions of distressed            assets

-             Experience handling chapter 11 reorganizations, debt-to-equity conversions, distressed exchanges, and cross-border matters.

-             Admitted, in good standing to the bar of New York.

-             Top tier law school and grades.

-             Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
