Business Immigration Paralegal

Trustpoint.one is pleased to be assisting a leading global firm with its search for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal who will work closely with global clients and their employees and families to provide comprehensive immigration service.

The experienced Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with preparation of business-based visa petitions.

Responsibilities include:

• Filing of H-1B, TN, E, J-1, L-1, O-1, EB1-5, PERM
• Compiling and maintaining records and keeping files up to date
• performing basic background/fact research
• Utilizing INSZoom immigration case management software.

Requirements:

• Experience with EB-5 Offering documents required
• 3-5 years Business Immigration experienced
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• Knowledge of USCIS procedures
• INSZoom proficient
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Able to commute IN OFFICE 5 DAYS/WEEK
