Commercial Litigation Associate

Great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a leading boutique litigation law firm in either their Red Bank or Montclair, New Jersey offices on a direct hire basis to add to the firm’s growing practice.  This position will allow an associate to engage in all aspects of the litigation and alternative dispute resolution process, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a team on a variety of matters.  The ideal Commercial Litigation Attorney will have the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of litigation focused experience handling complex commercial litigation cases
• Experience handling legal issues in state and federal Courts, as well as disputes before administrative and regulatory bodies
• Trial experience would be a large plus
• Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey
• Excellent research and writing skills and the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others
• A strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, and excellent writing skills
