Commercial Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint.one is pleased to be assisting a small boutique law firm in New York City seeking a full time commercial litigation attorney.  Successful candidates should have mid/senior level associate experience and possess solid legal writing skills, along with substantial experience drafting legal briefs in connection with dispositive and discovery motions, conducting legal research on complex issues and strong litigation skills.  The commercial litigation attorney candidates should also be able to operate independently with little guidance and have the ability to think critically when presented with complicated and novel matters. Experience with investor-related lawsuits, especially breach of fiduciary duty claims against investment advisors/broker-dealers concerning their failure to properly manage investments is highly preferred.

Salary is $140K-$200K commensurate with experience.
