Trustpoint.One has partnered with a leading AmLaw law firm in their search for several experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney. This temp-to-possible hire position will offer the Commercial Real Estate Attorney the opportunity to support industry leaders with sophisticated transactions on a remote basis. The Commercial Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for duties that include:
- Real estate securities work and private offerings
- Commercial real estate law focusing on real estate finance, acquisitions, etc.
- Real estate general transactional matters
- Other related tasks as needed
The qualified Commercial Real Estate Attorney will have at least 2+ years of related experience, ideally from another law firm. Exposure to real estate securities work is a must. All Attorneys must be admitted to the Bar in the state in which the work will be performed. Strong hourly compensation is offered.
This position offers the high-level, sophisticated work expected from a top 50 law firm without the pressure of meeting high billable hour requirements.
