Complex Litigation Paralegal

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be assisting a leading law firm with its search for a Complex Litigation Paralegal with 8-10 years of experience to assist its litigation team primarily with discovery, trial and various administrative tasks.  The individual in this position will draft and proofread various legal documents, efile documents in state and federal court, conduct research, support trial preparation efforts and maintain databases.   All candidates must have trial experience.  The ideal Complex Litigation Paralegal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate in addition to excellent interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  The candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.  This position may from time to time, require some travel.  There is the possibility that this job may be hybrid after the first 3 months.

Salary is $90K-$110K, commensurate with experience, and benefits.
