Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a global entertainment company with its search for a Temporary Contract Coordinator.  This role is ideal for someone who is organized and can develop a process and is willing and interested in looking up guild agreements/issues.  Prior Business Affairs experience not required, but is the ideal role for someone interested in getting a great overview of a career in this field.  This job is anticipated to last for 5 months.  Hybrid schedule with up to 3 days in office.  Vaccination is required.

Contract Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Collect start paperwork for talent and vendor set-up for A/P
  • Handle development, presentations and rooms
  • Submit WGA weekly worklists for 10+ shows
  • Administer Character Payments for 10+ shows
  • Administer Agency Package Payments for 8+ shows
  • Administer Royalties for 8 + shows
  • Creation of all SAP story numbers for new overalls and development projects
  • Weekly Check Tracking for development and overall payments
  • Administering payments for all development projects
  • Administering payments for literary options; Administration oversight of Vendor set ups for all of these payments on the DSMP
  • WGA episodic story numbers / episodic agreements (drafting, emailing to rep for talent signature, distributing internally and to the WGA) / payment processing

Requirements:

  • BA/BS
  • Highly organized
  • Willingness and interested in looking up guild agreements/issues

Compensation

  • $25-$29/hour
  • Paid overtime
