Corporate Associate

Great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join the busy and growing Corporate Practice Team of a leading regional law firm in one of their Michigan offices on a direct hire basis.  The attorney in this role will assist the team in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, capital restructuring, and similar transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of legal experience, with law firm experience strongly preferred. Expertise is required in general corporate work, contract review and drafting, and merger and acquisition transactions.  Successful candidates will possess excellent academic credentials; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills.  Admission to the Michigan bar is preferred, but not required.
