Trustpoint.One has joined forces with a top AmLaw 100 law firm in their search for a Corporate Contracts Attorney for a long-term contract position. This position will support the Firm’s Private Equity Department in their Atlanta office and does have the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate. The Corporate Contracts Attorney must have at least one year of reviewing terms and conditions for contracts that include the following:
- Private Equity and emerging markets agreements
- Financial Services contracts
- Consulting agreements
- Procurement agreements
