This position will support the Firm’s Private Equity Department The Corporate Contracts Attorney must have at least one year of reviewing terms and conditions for contracts that include the following:
- Private Equity and emerging markets agreements
- Financial Services contracts
- Consulting agreements
- Procurement agreements
