Corporate Counsel (Marketing)

Trustpoint.One is actively seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, with previous experience related to marketing agreements  to join our client located in Burbank, CA. This position will be responsible for handling various types of agreements, such as co-promotion agreements, NDAs, and additional complex agreements.  *This role will be remote for the foreseeable future, but may return in-person at some point*.  This a contract opportunity offered at a competitive rate, with responsibilities that will include:

• Working within small team on various matters
• Drafting of agreements related to marketing and entertainment matters (Tie-in promotion agreements, licensed marketing agreements, digital marketing, marketing consultant agreements,  etc.)
• Additional responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed (and in good standing) with the State of California (will also consider a registered in-house counsel)
• 3+ years of related legal experience – significant transactional experience related to the entertainment industry is key
• Prior experience with marketing (entertainment) agreements is required
• Home entertainment experience is helpful
