Exciting opportunity to join a global law firm in their Los Angeles office!!   Trustpoint.One is working with an exceptional team, on their need for a Corporate/Real Estate Legal Assistant to join their ranks.  The candidate for this opportunity, should possess strong corporate transactional or real estate experience and will handle the following responsibilities:

  • Making travel arrangements for attorneys, as well as preparing itinerary
  • Administrative tasks including time billing, calendaring, and meeting/conference scheduling
  • Open/Close internal files
  • Preparing closing binders
  • Additional tasks, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' corporate experience (law firm or in-house)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new software and/or responsibilities quickly
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
