Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a global, publicly traded company in their search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team on a long-term (3+ months) contract basis. This hybrid position, located in Chicago, will assist Corporate Attorneys with high-profile transactions. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of transactional documents such as Articles of Incorporation, closing checklists and statements
  • Management of international and domestic entities
  • Manage corporate governance duties such as minute books, obtaining signatures
  • Preparation and filing of SEC documents such as 10Ks and 10Qs
  • Assist with corporate finance transactions
  • Other related duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Corporate paralegal, preferably in a large law firm or corporation
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with GEMS platform is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
  • A team player who is looking for professional growth
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
