Corporate Paralegal (temporary)

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a global entertainment company with its search for a temporary Corporate Paralegal with the ability to manage a high volume of detailed electronic records and data. The Corporate Paralegal will review and update corporate records, evaluate subsidiary ownership chains, and structure electronic minute books. This is a fully remote opportunity.
A minimum of 3 years as a corporate paralegal (or junior attorney) experience is required. Qualified candidates will also have corporate entity management and subsidiary governance experience and knowledge of Delaware and California corporations and Secretary of State processes. Candidates should also be familiar with entity management systems (CSC, Diligent Entities, GEMS or similar) and registered agent databases (CSC Navigator or similar). Extensive experience with Adobe Acrobat, Blueprint and CSC Navigator is a plus.
Compensation is $50-$56/hr
