Trustpoint.One has partnered with a top AmLaw 50 law firm in their search for a Corporate Securities Attorney with strong exposure to securities, LLCs and commercial real estate matters. This is an immediate need for a remote contract position that will likely be long-term. The Corporate Securities Attorney will support the Firm's Investment Management & RECM Practice Groups and be responsible working on deals that include:
- REIT transactions
- Delaware statutory trust (DST)
- Assisting with structuring securities offerings for a wide variety of clients
- Structuring lending transactions and loan workouts
The qualified Corporate Securities Attorney will have 6+ years of experience and strong exposure to both securities and LLCs as they pertain to commercial real estate matters, ideally from a large law firm. Must be admitted to the Bar, in good standing, in the State in which the work will be performed. Very strong hourly compensation commensurate with experience.
