Trustpoint.one has partnered with a leading AmLaw 50 law firm in their search for a Debt Finance Attorney who is eager to support industry leaders with a wide variety of debt transactions. This is a 2-3 month long contract position that will offer sophisticated work and the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders as they represent banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and more. The Debt Finance Attorney will have experience that includes:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents such as loan documents, commitment letters, term sheets and more
- Managing deal terms
- Representation of both lenders and borrowers
The qualified Debt Finance Attorney will have 5+ years of strong, related experience, ideally from a leading law firm. Prior experience with a financings such as asset-based transactions, secured and unsecured loans and front-end transactions is required. The ideal Debt Finance Attorney will ideally be located in the Northeast. All Attorneys must be barred, in good standing, in the State where the work will be performed. Work will be 25-30 hours per week and can be performed on a remote basis, with option for on-site work when needed. Highly congenial team, strong hourly compensation offered.
