Trustpoint One is pleased to be partnered with a legal industry leader in their search for an experienced Director of Program Management! We are seeking a senior leader to drive the development and growth of our Case Timeline Team organization to provide world-class litigation services to our attorneys and case staff. This Director of Program Management will work directly with the litigation shared services leadership, internal stakeholders, our delivery partners, and develop an operational support team to scale the Case Timeline Team. The primary focus of this team will be to handle scheduling of mediations, depositions, trials, hearings, and other litigation events.

 

 

Position Details

  • On-Site/Hybrid role (Office based in Orlando, FL)
  • Direct/Permanent Hire

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Refine the strategic direction of the Case Timeline organization to scale across the firm
  • Define the implementation roadmap – inclusive of people, process, and technology initiatives – to enable strategic objectives
  • Utilize reporting and data analysis to support project roadmap
  • Balance several projects while remaining flexible and adaptive in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Drive the execution of the Case Timeline Team roadmap by overseeing multiple projects running concurrently in coordination with our service delivery, product/technology, and training teams
  • Coordinate with service delivery leadership to identify staffing and skills required to support the objectives of the Case Timeline Team organization
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Case Timeline Team, coordinating with on/offshore partners to track metrics and resolve issues
  • Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness and quality of the Case Timeline Team and develop plans to mitigate any issues
  • Engage with attorney and case staff stakeholders to maintain a clear understanding of their needs and ensure they are effectively met
  • Drive change management activities to increase user adoption of Case Timeline Team
  • Coordinate with other shared service leadership to deliver an integrated service and seamless experience for our attorneys and case staff
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Case Timeline Teams to promote positive morale and a performance culture in accordance with firm’s culture and vision
  • Work directly with Director of Litigation Shared Services to drive strategic initiatives across different areas of the Personal Injury and Premises Liability practice Preferred Experience and Attributes

 

 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of corporate experience directly managing teams (required)
  • 6+ years of experience in business operations and program management
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Adept at cross-team collaboration and ability to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Ability to influence change across a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with an on/offshore shared services organization or similar (call center, etc.)
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Process-oriented and highly organized
  • Successful in delivering multiple, interconnected projects
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and occasionally work outside of core business hours
