Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager, who is eager to work with a internationally respected firm with offices in Washington, D.C.!  This direct hire position will offer the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to grow with this AmLaw 200 law firm.   The Diversity and Inclusion Manager should have prior experience with diversity and inclusion matters, and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that include:

  • Manage firm's professional staff diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Enable and strengthen the firm's inclusive culture
  • Prioritize tasks in an efficient manner, allowing for creative diversity and inclusion ideas to take hold
  • Additional responsibilities, as assigned


The successful candidate for this role, will possess specific and direct experience with organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives.   Prior experience related to the management of affinity groups is extremely desired.   At least 5 years of experience in a related/similar role (preferably in a law firm setting) is necessary for this role.  Additionally, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
