Trustpoint.One is pleased to be assisting a leading, global law firm with their search for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to work in their Midtown, NYC offices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes work of a major law firm!  The Diversity & Inclusion Manager will be responsible for duties that will include the following:


  • Assisting with the coordination of special events for the Diversity & Inclusion team
  • Managing content on the Firm’s intranet and website
  • Participate in updating diversity marketing materials and assist in the development of content
  • Liaise with different Diversity & Inclusion affinity groups and interact with members via email regarding events and business development opportunities
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls
  • Manage departmental budget
  • Other duties as requested


The qualified Human Resources Coordinator must have a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Human Resources or related field, in addition to at least 5 years of related experience, with very strong exposure to the Diversity & Inclusion process.  Outstanding verbal and written communications skills are a must for this role.  Advanced MS Outlook skills are required; experience with SharePoint is a plus.
