Trustpoint.One is seeking an eDiscovery Processing Analyst for an indefinite temporary assignment, with the possibility to convert to a direct hire position.  The eDiscovery Processing Analyst will primarily work remotely, but in the event that traveling in to an office is necessary, a candidate based in New York or on the East Coast is preferred.

This position involves processing time sensitive, inbound media and document data clients and ensuring that it is extracted, validated, normalized, converted, and loaded through an operations pipeline and in a timely manner.  This position requires a focus on technical know-how, efficiency, hard work, following standardized processes, and juggling many priorities simultaneously.  There is an expectation of a strong eDiscovery background which includes knowledge of multiple platforms, forensic best practices, and a strong technical aptitude.  Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Generating a variety of reports based on special requests
  • Responsible for department emails; providing delivery estimates and frequent updates to ensure project timelines are met
  • Working with Client Managers to address questions about media content and make recommendations where applicable
  • Working closely with management on high priority jobs and assisting with special projects
  • Working with other departments to resolve issues associated with client deliveries
  • Working closely with processing team members to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner
  • Receiving, processing, and validating client data using a series of scripts and applications, following strict handling guidelines
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving data integrity or technical issues
  • Making accurate and timely posts to work tracking systems
  • Working to improve efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks, and working with department manager to further automate processes
  • Adhering to operational guidelines and processes to ensure work is done consistently


  • 3-5 years of experience in e-Discovery, including relevant working knowledge of at least one e-Discovery review platform (Relativity preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to interact with management and co-workers, and customers
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical degree or related experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Windows/Mac operating systems
  • Strong ability to work with MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Perl, Python, and other scripting languages
  • Highly knowledgeable with multiple eDiscovery platforms, including but not limited to LAW, Viewpoint, and Concordance
  • Strong team work ethic – willing to jump in to assist others and willing to put in extra hours to meet critical deadlines
  • Accountability, ownership and commitment to quality and deadlines
  • An independent worker who will take the initiative to ensure goals are met
  • Ability to work under pressure with changing objectives and deadlines
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Highly reliable and organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly – and a willingness to put in extra effort to do so.
