Trustpoint.One is hiring an eDiscovery Staff Attorney who is client focused, organized, and has a team-oriented approach.

An eDiscovery Staff Attorney is on the forefront of litigation support, providing services and communication with clients on all aspects of ESI data processing procedures, quality control and production. This position requires hands-on litigation experience: including helping a variety of clients comply with discovery obligations, management of complex legal matters, creation of practical company-wide data preservation or litigation hold plans, consults on data retention issues, and strives to keep discovery proportional and under control.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assess the discovery needs of litigation matters, identify potential issues, and devise a plan for cost-effective compliance;
  • Conduct data preservation interviews, draft preservation protocols, devise preservation notice distribution and tracking plans, and monitoring preservation compliance;
  • Oversee data collection and transfer of data;
  • Prepare supporting materials and outlines for discovery conferences;
  • Draft and review written discovery, including format of production specifications and appropriate objections;
  • Participate in and manage document reviews, including training and supervising contract attorneys and document review teams; and
  • Coordinate document productions and the creation of privilege logs.




  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and technical/non-technical individuals;
  • Advanced eDiscovery knowledge and workflows;
  • Superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well in a team oriented environment and delegate tasks;
  • Relativity or other eDiscovery related certifications;
  • Knowledge of networks and basic forensic, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Suite of products; as well as
  • Effective and efficient problem solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.
  • NOTE: 
    Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience. This is a non-partnership track position.  Client offers a hybrid in-office / remote work schedule to provide greater flexibility. Bar admission in good standing (or willingness to become admitted) in a jurisdiction where client maintains an office.
