The ideal candidate for this partner track position will have at least fours' experience advising employers regarding compliance with the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, HIPAA and other federal laws that regulate health and welfare plans, issues related to Mergers & Acquisitions, and matters involving income, employment, and excise tax issues related to employee benefits.
