Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnered with a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking an experienced Corporate Administrate Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support and assistance to the team in their Baltimore office.  This position does have the potential to be partially remote and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Corporate Administrate Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
  • Assist with billing/client invoices
  • Maintaining attorney calendars
  • Opening new client/matter engagements
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to juggle and reprioritize as needed
  • Highly organized with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Ability to take direction and work independently
  • College degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent mandatory
  • Experience with a document management system, billing and time entry programs preferred

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience
