Experienced Corporate Paralegal

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting an AmLaw top 100 Law Firm with its search for a Corporate Paralegal in its New York City office.  The Corporate Paralegal will assist attorneys with a range of tasks including preparing and filing various documents with federal and state departments, forming corporations, LLCs, and other corporate entities in Delaware, obtaining EINs, qualifying companies in foreign jurisdictions and liaising with federal and state jurisdictions.  The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize deadlines and multi-task and be a team player.  A minimum of 3+ years of experience handling general corporate and/or securities related legal matters is required.

Salary is $80,000-$130,000, commensurate with experience.
