Finance Associate
Description
Great opportunity for an experienced Finance Attorney to join the finance group of a leading regional law firm in one of their Michigan offices on a direct hire basis.
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of law firm experience and expertise in commercial finance transactions across a variety of industries and must have a demonstrated ability to lead and serve as first chair for deals on both borrower and lender side. Admission to the Michigan bar is preferred, but not required.
