Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a leading a plaintiff’s law firm with its search for Inbound Contact Center Representatives to provide best-in-class service to their current and potential clients. The Inbound Contact Center Representatives will address any caller's questions, needs or messages immediately and approach each call interaction with a high degree of attention and sense of urgency.


  • Customer service experience
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Active listening, verbal, and communication skills
  • Excellent written skills, spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Ability to obtain, confirm and update data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to acquire detailed and complete medical information
  • Excellent organizational, time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient using various software platforms such as CRM, VoIP and electronic signature
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office 365 suite)
  • Ability to work within a team while handling individual responsibilities
  • Adaptability, flexibility and ability to perform in a dynamic working environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience (Litify or another legal CRM)
  • High volume / fast-paced contact center experience
  • Legal experience working in personal injury, products liability, class action/mass torts
  • Two or four-year college degree
  • Bilingual (Spanish)


  • $45K-50K commensurate with experience
