IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a top AM Law firm with offices around the globe with its search for a mid-level IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal to assist its busy litigation group with all stages of litigation in the firm’s Menlo Park office.  The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to prioritize effectively in a busy environment.  Mid-level IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal candidates should also have experience with electronic court filing, motion practice, cite-checking and familiarity with all aspects of discovery.  The ability to work overtime is expected.  A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

Salary is $80K-$100K, commensurate with experience.
