Junior In-House Attorney

Trustpoint.one has partnered with a growing private equity company in its search for a Junior Attorney to support their legal department in Greenwich, CT, located near a Metro North station. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting with NDA’s.
- Supervising the work of the paralegal in the legal department.
- Drafting documents such as consulting and purchase agreements, letters of intent, and Memos of Understanding.
- Assisting with deals and term sheets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Attorney handling corporate transaction, governance, and contracts in a large law firm or corporate legal department
- Outstanding initiative and work ethic, proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and work with others in implementation of new assignments
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and sense of organization necessary
- Must provide a writing sample
