Trustpoint.One is seeking Document Intake Clerks for our law firm client in Richmond, Virginia for a 2 month contract assignment starting on Monday, July 15th and the hourly pay rate will be $16.00 per hour. This is a 40 hour per week assignment with a 9:00am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday) work schedule. Note that no prior law firm experience is required. The position requires a completed Bachelor’s degree for employment consideration.
Document Intake Clerk - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: data entry, organizing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing of documents.
- Perform other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail.
- Open and distribute mail to appropriate persons/teams/intake for scanning and distribution. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or email when necessary.
- Track information using Excel.
