Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a prestigious firm with an opening for a temporary Law Firm Hospitality Professional with food services or catering experience to work in their DC location. Schedule is 7-4 with flexibility as needed. This is an active, hands-on role requiring standing, walking and lifting for the majority of the shift. The person in this job will walk approximately 10,000-12,000 steps per day.

The Law Firm Hospitality Professional responsibilities to include stocking, organizing, and replenishing supplies including coffee, tea, bottled beverages, dry snacks, fresh fruit, paper goods, and break room supplies, checking inventory levels daily and anticipate needs, submitting orders and rectifying office supply deliveries, unpacking items and properly store inventory, preparing and setting up daily refreshments, maintaining organization of all supply cabinets, pantries, closets and storage areas, restocking conference room supplies and setting up conference rooms with refreshments and supplies for meetings, maintaining tidiness of lobby and common spaces, reporting any maintenance or facilities issues and adhering to the purchasing budgets for supplies.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, catering or food services experience, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs., maneuver carts/dollies and bend/stretch to reach items, excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor and communication skills.

Pay is $19/hr.-$23/hr., commensurate with experience.
