Description

Trustpoint is seeking a Litigation Administrative Assistant for immediate start to support a New York state agency on a long term contract basis. This role will begin fully in-office and be eligible for a hybrid schedule after an introductory period. The position supports administrative law judges, managing their hearings calendar and the scheduling of their cases. Successful candidates will have previous experience in trial and/or litigation support, E-Filing in NY state courts, and calendar management.

Position Details:

  • Monday-Friday: 40 hours/week
  • Expected project duration: 6 months
  • Collaborative and positive environment

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) and Zoom
  • Previous litigation or trial experience, including E-Filing in NY state courts
  • Experience with calendar management
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
  • Excellent, professional communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently or within a team
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
