Trustpoint.one is pleased to have partnered with a well-known and respected national company, with offices in Dover, Delaware, in their search for a Legal Assistant to join their team. This temp-to-hire Legal Assistant position will provide support to internal representatives as well as having the opportunity to interact with company clients. The duties will include:
- Processing legal document retrieval
- Handling corporate and UCC filings
- Receive and review of Service of Process
- Drafting certificates of formation
- Assist with phones and maintenance of databases
- Additional duties as needed
The qualified Legal Assistant will have a strong familiarity with MS Word, Excel and excellent research skills. Top-notch communication and confidentiality skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and busy office ae critical requirements for this position. Exposure to corporate law documents, such as UCCs and corporate formations, are important. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required. A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved course is highly desired. This in-office position offers a great opportunity to work with a terrific team!
