Trustpoint.one is pleased to be supporting a leading Plaintiff’s law firm, with offices in Bergen County, NJ, in their search for a Legal Assistant to join their busy team on a temp-to-hire basis. The Firm is regarded as being a leader in their industry and work on very high-profile cases! The Legal Assistant will have the opportunity to support Attorneys and Paralegals with an exciting variety of cases that include medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. Responsibilities will include:
- Daily interaction with Attorneys and Paralegals
- Perform legal research
- Assist with trial preparation
- Ordering and uploading medical records
- Special projects as needed
The ideal Legal Assistant will have a college degree in addition to at least six months of hands-on legal experience; a recent Paralegal Certificate program graduate is also ideal. Strong attention to detail, solid time management and exceptional computer skills are key for this role.
