Trustpoint.One has partnered with a well-known and respected law firm, located in Midtown, in their search for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to support one of the Firm’s leading Partners. This is a high-profile position that will offer an outgoing, detail-oriented and meticulous Legal Executive Assistant the opportunity to support a Member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights practice with high-level duties that include:
- Organizing and scheduling meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and more
- Court filings
- Extensive client interaction
The qualified Legal Executive Assistant must have at least 3+ years of Bankruptcy legal experience and be able to work with discretion and handle confidential matters. Strong interpersonal, writing and computer skills are a must. A Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred, but not required.
