Legal Financial Analyst / Project Manager

Trustpoint.one has aligned with a prominent AmLaw 50 client in their search for a Legal Financial Analyst / Project Manager for a long-term, open-ended remote contract role. This position will be a direct liaison between one of the Firm’s leading Partners and their international client base and will focus on M&A transactions. The Legal Financial Analyst / Project Manager will hold a key administrative business role, have a strong foundation in financial reporting and be responsible for:

• Calculation of accruals
• Track detailed monthly fees per country and workstream
• Budgeting and forecasting; calculations of project estimations
• Coordination of complicated, international billing and reporting
• Interaction with various accounting teams and client contacts
• Other project management duties as needed

The qualified Legal Financial Analyst / Project Manager will have an extensive foundation in corporate legal matters as well as solid business and accounting acumen. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and charts, is a requirement. Experience with HighQ and other such research databases is also important. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are key for this role. Bachelor’s Degree is required; JD or Barred Attorney is a large plus. Solid cross-border transactional experience as either a Paralegal or Attorney is also plus for this position.
