Description

Trustpoint has an immediate opening with an Am Law 100 law firm in its search for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the firm's Practice Innovation Department on a long-term contract basis. This position can be fully remote; however, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of one of the firm's offices located in Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Reston, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, or Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys managing candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring efforts, and partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage job requisitions within Workday
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain candidate workflows and applicant tracking processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support recruiting initiatives
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including employee referrals, job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting agencies
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies, including candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Assist with job posting creation and distribution across various recruiting platforms
  • Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records within Workday and related systems
  • Support ongoing recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives within the Practice Innovation Department

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources; previous law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong resume review and candidate screening experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams across multiple locations
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Prior law firm, professional services, or corporate recruiting experience is highly preferred

  • Compensation is commensurate with experience and is expected to be 30-40/hr
