Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint.One is seeking several Attorneys with hands-on litigation experience to join a long-term (6 – 12+ months) project in Denver, CO.  Our client is a nationally recognized organization and this project focuses on performing an in-depth claimant review, incorporating fact gathering, writing reply briefs, analyzing claims, assisting with settlements and high-level legal analysis.

Requirements include:

• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience involved in handling full-cycle litigation.
• Employment litigation and/or Worker's Compensation litigation are strongly preferred, but not required.

This is an excellent opportunity to perform substantive work on a high-profile, sophisticated litigation matter.  Highly collegial team, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday; flexible work hours offered.
